The load bearing beam single-beam is made of very thick steel and has two robust hardened steel sliding tracks, so that the bridge sasw can work precisely for a much longer time. The bridge guide shoes are covered with tempered steel strips. We take a lot of care of the varnishing: sandblasting with an immediate treatment of varnishing with a zincing base before the workings. After the workings, washing and double varnishing. Push buttons pannel with easy-to-learn symbols insert on the floor electric board in a good position for the operator. Complete with the Tools' magazine with 12 linear stations + disc diam. 625, the machine can change automaticly the tools.

Drivings: The saw-blade holder slides on ball recirculation shoes, ensuring stability and precision for the tool. The up and down movement of the blade is possible through a couple of tempered slides coated with antifriction and antiwear material and through a ball recirculation screw. That allows to obtain high precision in the saw-blade positioning and to absorb the vibrations.
The system is totally protected by bellows in order to avoid that dust and water spray compromise the long life of the bridge cutting machine.
Precision in the movement of the axes is obtained through vectorial motors and assured by coupling of grinded gears and racks with limited clearance.
Movements of cables: they are protected by strong and completely closed cable bearing chains.
The working table is automatic, programmable in positions from 0 to 360° and with continuous rotation with system to control the clearance.
The oleodinamic brakes ensure a safe full positioning.
