Superabrasive, a provider of diamond tools and diamond polishing pads for stone and concrete floor polishing, was not satisfied with the grinding machines manufactured by other companies, and decided that they could produce better machines than the competition.  The new products are the Livina 25 Concrete Floor Polishing Machines, and the  Livina DC3800C Surface Preparation Vacuum Systems.  Creating and manufacturing Lavina Concrete Polishing Machines and Floor Surface Preparation machines enabled Superabrasive to have control over motor RPMs, speed & feed, relative pressure, amount of resistance of the bonds on the tools, and to design many more user-friendly features for optimum concrete polishing results. Below is a list of additions, advantages, and explanations the machines offer. Concrete Floor Polishing Machines • The Lavina 25 Concrete Polishing Machine is a three-phase variable speed concrete polishing machine with 208-240 voltage suitable for residential, commercial and industrial areas. • Can be used for wet or dry concrete polishing or concrete polishing applications. • The wet and dry set-ups are enhanced by a self-leveling skirt that keeps mud from shooting out in all directions, a centrifugal force that cleans out slurry (material build up) from under machine leaving pads cool with clean surface. • The Lavina 25 is a planetary movement machine. The tool will not force itself against the resistance of the surface.  Instead,  it will alternate direction to jump from high to low points instead of low to high which can cause damage. • Lavina polishing machines are single-belt models. This enables the center of gravity to stay low on the machine. The lower the center of gravity the more stable a machine will be. •  All models have hour meters that keep track of hours in use. • The distance between the working tools and the outside edge of the machine is only 5mm(the width of the skirt). • The machines can be easily disassembled into two pieces for easy transportation. • A "Night Vision" light is mounted to enable users work at night. • Flexible handle bars can be adjusted in 6 positions for increased comfort. • The vacuum hose is situated give a lot of clearance from the working area. See Specifications & Order here Concrete Surface Preparation Vacuum Systems • Lavina Floor Preparation Vacuum Machine are features special pre-separators and advanced filter technology.  99.97%, is removed from the airflow prior to the filter system to meet OSHA clean air standards. • Features special pre-separators and advanced filter technology. • Then the filter system cleans the air to OSHA standards. Exhausted air is cleaner than the average home’s air quality. • Eliminating the harmful silica dust and asbestos fibers generated by concrete grinding, creating dust-free work environment. • Cleaner environment improves finish quality and helps finish last longer.
